TAITIEN has released its TX series of temperature compensated crystal oscillators (tcxos) designed

TAITIEN has released its TX series of temperature compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) designed specifically for GPS applications. TX series is also suitable for other applications including mobile phones, smart phones, WLAN, WiMax and other base station applications.
Packaged in a 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.9mm SMD ceramic case, the device is available in a range of frequencies between 10 MHz and 40 MHz, including popular GPS frequencies of 16.367667, 16.368, 16.369, 23.104, 24.5535, and 26 MHz. Samples of TX series are available upon request now.

Frequency stability of TX series is ±0.5 ppm within its operating temperature ranging from -30° to +85°C. Input current is from 2.5~3.3 V at 1.0~1.5 mA with a typical low phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz offset.

For GPS applications, “Frequency Slope” and “Short-Term Stability” are two important parameters. TAITIEN has developed in-house equipments to conduct comprehensive testing on these crucial parameters to achieve short cold-start and stable GPS signal receiving.
