Ultra Low Phase Noise Crystal Oscillator – OB-U Type 312.5MHz

Ultra Low Phase Noise Crystal Oscillator – OB-U Type 312.5MHz

2.5 × 2.0 mm SMD Differential Output Crystal Oscillator

Product Highlight

The TAITIEN OB-U Type 312.5MHz ultra low phase noise crystal oscillator is built in an industry-standard 2.5 × 2.0 × 0.725 mm hermetically sealed ceramic package and delivers typical 30 fs RMS phase jitter integrated from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. Measured at 312.5 MHz with LVPECL output and a 3.3 V supply, phase noise is −132 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, −153 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz, and −161 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz, giving high-speed serial links a clean reference clock.

The OB-U Type 312.5MHz is available with LVPECL or LVDS differential output and operates from 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V supplies, covering a 220 to 400 MHz frequency range with 312.5 MHz as the standard frequency. Frequency stability options of ±20, ±25, and ±50 ppm are offered over −40 to +85 °C, −40 to +105 °C, and −40 to +125 °C, with ±3 ppm first-year aging. The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, and is intended for 800G, 1.6T, and 3.2T QSFP optical modules, Fiber Channel, 100G / 200G SerDes, SONET, and test instrumentation.
