TAITIEN thermistor crystal (TSX) integrates a high-quality quartz crystal and thermistor in a single miniature SMD package. By placing the temperature sensor in close thermal proximity to the resonator, it helps reduce the thermal lag that can occur when separate components are used, giving the host IC more representative temperature data for system-side frequency compensation. Designed for mobile communications, IoT and wireless connectivity, and wearables, the TSX platform saves PCB space and simplifies component placement while preserving the flexibility of a crystal-based timing architecture. TAITIEN also provides oscillation-circuit analysis, frequency matching, and design-in support to help customers validate the crystal, IC, and compensation algorithm as a complete system.
