TAITIEN Expands Fast Delivery Crystal Oscillators Low Jitter Product Line

news-20141204-200x200TAITIEN Electronics, a technology leader in frequency control solutions, has expanded its Fast Delivery Crystal oscillator product line with the introduction of the OT-M CMOS and OW-M CMOS series. The new CMOS oscillators are capable of achieving any frequency up to 250 MHz with very low jitter. TAITIEN’s new fast-delivery oscillators offer the flexibility of next-day sample shipments as well as superior phase noise performance ideal for high-speed networking applications such as Microprocessor, Ethernet, SAS/SATA interface and SONET, Storage Area Network.

Utilizing TAITIEN’s in-house end-to-end crystal manufacturing expertise and low-noise oscillator circuits, Taitien’s OT-M CMOS andOW-M CMOS series expanded product features include:

 

  • Any frequency output from 10MHz to 250 MHz
  • Output logic CMOS
  • Very low jitter ~ 0.6ps typical from 12kHz to 20MHz
  • Compact industry standard SMD packages in 7 x 5 mm and 5 x 3.2 mm
  • Frequency stability as tight as +/-25ppm from -40 to 85°C
  • 3.3V and 2.5V options available
  • Tri-state enable/disable
  • Fast delivery: Next day sample shipments
