Flexible High-Frequency Crystal Oscillators with Low Jitter

Flexible High-Frequency Crystal Oscillators with Low Jitter

TAITIEN Electronics, a technology leader in frequency control solutions, has expanded the high-frequency crystal oscillator product lines to include the OT-M series capable of achieving any frequency up to 800 MHz with very low jitter.Taitien’s OT-M oscillators offer the flexibility of quick delivery as well as superior performance ideal for applications such as Fiber Channel, 10Gbit Ethernet PHY, SAN and SONET.

Utilizing Taitien’s in-house end-to-end crystal manufacturing expertise and low-noise application specific integrated circuits (ASICs), the OT-M series can be configured to any frequency up to 800 MHz with maximum phase jitter of less than 1 pS RMS. Typical RMS phase jitter at 622.08 MHz or above is 0.5 pS from 12 kHz to 20 MHz offset. The OT-M oscillators can achieve frequency stability as low as +/-25ppm featuring a fast tri-state enable/disable function to allow users to turn on and off the device in less than 50 ns. At operating voltage of 3.3V, Taitien’s OT-M series are available in LVPECL output waveform over operating temperature range of -40 to 85C in the industry standard 7x5mm SMD package to provide cost-effective solutions for hardware designers.

Striving for delivering best value crystal quartz devices to customers, Taitien has been continuously developing wide-range of frequency control products to address the diverse application needs in today’s fast-changing digital world.
