TAITIEN’s NA-100M-6600 Series is a high-performance 100 MHz low-phase-noise, low-G-sensitivity (VC)OCXO in a compact 25.4 × 25.4 × 12.7 mm hermetically sealed DIP package. Its best phase-noise level is -186 dBc/Hz at both 100 kHz and 1 MHz. Maximum G-sensitivity is 1 ppb/g on each axis, and ambient frequency stability is ±100 ppb from -20°C to +70°C. The device provides a sine-wave output of at least +13 dBm, fast warm-up, electrical frequency tuning, and a reference-voltage output. It is suitable for instrument references, microwave communications, microwave signal-source clocks, synthesizer reference clocks, test and measurement equipment, MRI systems, and radar systems. The package is RoHS-compliant and lead-free.
