VCTCXO & TCXO
The frequency-temperature characteristic of the reference clocks used in ultra-compact cellular base stations for home is required to reach a high accuracy of ±0.1×10-6. Besides, the stability of the network infrastructure needs to achieve ±4.6×10-6/20 years. Taitien’s VCTCXO compensates for the influence of temperature changes on the output frequency of the crystal resonator through a built-in temperature compensation circuit and compensation algorithm. The temperature stability can achieve 0.1 ppm. The short-term stability can reach 5E-10/s (under stable temperature with no EMI/EMC or other interference, tested after 10 minutes of power-on). The product offers excellent performance, low power consumption and meets the requirements of a stratum 3 clock. Commonly used frequencies include 10 MHz, 12.8 MHz, 19.2 MHz, 20 MHz, 25 MHz, 26 MHz, 38.88 MHz, 40 MHz and etc.
- Long-term aging characteristics corresponding to stratum 3 clock (±4.6 ppm overall 20 years)
- Temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
- Superior hysteresis characteristics
- Wide frequency range from 5 MHz to 52 MHz
- Ultra-high precision with frequency temperature characteristics reaching ±1 ppm
- Application: communication network, Femtocell, Nanocell power private network, industrial control, instrumentation, radar, station, smart terminal and other equipment
