Low Voltage Consumption

With the advantages of low power consumption, small size and high precision, they can be widely used in wearable devices and the IoT field

For low power consumption design, the choice of crystals is essential. Especially for systems with Sleep functions, low voltage is often used in order to achieve low power consumption. Taitien’s crystals deliver ultra-low voltage of 0.9 V and standby current as low as 1.4 μA, which greatly reduces power loss and improves lifetime and operating efficiency. Leveraging an exclusive patented design, Taitien’s crystals offer accurate frequency output, frequency stability of ±25 ppm and frequency aging rate as low as ±3 ppm/year for the first year. The rise and fall time of this series is 10 ns and the maximum start-up time is 8 ms, which guarantees the requirements for the wake-up speed of devices. The package sizes range from 3.2 x 2.5 mm for the OX series to 2.05 × 1.65 × 0.75 mm of the OZ series. The ultra-miniaturized package of the OZ series provides higher flexibility for system design. OZ-Type is also widely used in network applications such as in-vehicle electronic communication, laptops, switches, mobile base stations and smart homes with its advantages of low power consumption, stable frequency output and miniaturization.
