Taitien launched the ultra-miniature TCXO, TZ Type. With a size as small as 2 x 1.6 x 0.7 mm, TZ type saves space of PCB and satisfies the design requirements of device miniaturization. It provides both voltage-controlled temperature compensation (VCTCXO) and temperature compensation (TCXO) format options. The frequency deviation stability can reach 0.5 ppm over a frequency range of 10 MHz~52 MHz, covering the mainstream frequencies such as 10MHz, 13MHz, 16.3676MHz, 16.369MHz, 16.8MHz and 26MHz for wireless communication modules, radio frequency, drones and other products. Furthermore, the design of peripheral power supply circuit will be easier. When the external power supply is connected to a bypass capacitor, it can meet the filtering requirements with only a 0.01~0.1 uF capacitor.
